I've done it again!

Well Saturday started out as one regular day.  It started with pedicures at 5 star nail, then shopping at the mall, next drop Caitlin, Tamera's daughter, off at the salon to get her hair cut.  Insert some lunch at Los Cuccos, which is a new restraunt that just opened in Sandy, with Tamera and Vanda. Then browsing at Bed, Bath and Beyond until we went to wait at the salon to pick up Caitlin.  Caitlin wasn't quite done yet, so we looked through some hair magazines and I saw this hair cut that looked so cute, and Tamera said it would look so cute on me...so Vanda Facebooked a girl in our ward to see how much she charged and when she would be available and just like that Vanda and I were on our way to get our hair done.
Here is the first few cuts!
 First half done!
 Nearly to the finish!
The small dog finally off my neck!
The finished product Sunday morning for Church!
I'm not totally smiling because I have been up for an hour thinking..."WHAT HAVE I DONE!!!"
Nevertheless, I still went to school in the morning without a hat on and everyone loves it!  One girl said it looked weird and another kid said, "you cut your hair...or styled it different"!  Super cute kids!

I'm an Auntie!

Today at 1:04am Central Standard Time, Baby Boy Spanier was born. He was not due until the 29th of April, but he just wanted to do things his own way. Mandi was going to be induced during the day today (the 17th), because her fluids were low and her doctor did not want to have a 3am baby... so after Mandi was given two sleeping pills, Little man decided to break mommies water at 10:30pm and waited about 2 and a half hours to come on the 5 year anniversary of his favorite auntie (me of course!!!) returning home from her mission. He weighs 7.1 lbs and is 20 inches long. Mommy and baby are doing great but they are all tired, including Daddy Brad. They are all currently sleeping since it has been a very long night for the three of them. Love you all and am thankful that Heavenly Father has blessed us with one more boy in the family!
P.S. no pictures yet, they were all too tired. :)
